Right now, we bundle UPS/Keycloak in one installation bundle. Two WARs are defining the complete UPS server.

The above mentioned DOCKER repo leverages the fact that there are two DB services, one for Keycloak's data, and one for MySQL. This is the recommended setup, especially that we are separating the KC bundle from UPS, at some point in the future.
