The mobile-cli is used to retrieve mobile service config, e.g.:

mobile get clientconfig myapp-android --namespace=myproject -o json

For UPS we need to display two sets of information:

1. The configuration of the UPS server itself
2. The configuration for each variant associated with the mobile client
