I have seen conflict dashboard requirement on kibana card before, but cannot find it. Do we still have this?

Audit logs and Kibana stuff is not a priority at the moment. Chris asked me to wrap up what we have w/o creating new requirements/functionality quickly so that we can distribute what we have with minimal effort.
Audit logs + Kibana visualization for conflicts can be part of another task IMO
