Update: This task is not a big priority before dev complete for LA. Postponing this for now then.

One of the other requests we've got from our team members was to be at least able to access logs without need to have an account/be logged in to our Jenkins instance. So I created an anonymous_read role so people on RH VPN would be able to read the logs of our jobs.
