[~weil] As example application in the repository has some flaws over the wokflow workflow and building we should use mentioned template.
When working with SDK lerna tool will execute npm link automatically.

So as result the only one command that needs to be executed to connect unrelased library with ionic template will be

npm link package-name
{code}
