Aiden Keating has the issue that he has some per instance client side configuration that he needs to pass to a service instance at build time. After a quick discussion Daniel Passos, Wojciech Trocki, and I came to the decision to add to the ServiceRegistry a configuration provider to be invoked at bootstrap time.
