I can understand QE's need to have a tool to help script the tests and handle automated interaction with the UPS server. However I think the requirements there would be different than a end user.
So I agree with Matthias and Abstractj that this is not a priority atm. Lets get that separate jira created so we don't lose it, and narrow the scope of this to the original context.
