Some teams are manually setting a tester field in JIRA for tracking who is reviewing GitHub PRs. However GitHub has a much better mechanism for managing this information. Instead of having to duplicate this effort by copying who is reviewing what around we should be pulling this information from GItHub and updating JIRA.
