APNs will soon have h3. What?
Create a simpler certificate handling: Just a single cert! (no separate new variant type for dev/prod, VOIP etc) one single certificate
This needs to be reflected in: h3. Why?
* iOSVariant model (production filed is no longer needed)
* APNs moves away from multiple certs

This is mainly a UI : no more radio button needed
etc thing . the existing code works fine. Perhaps all works as is, and users should be just able to switch to DEV/PROD for the API, w/out any change on the actual cert.
