It is not possible to use `oc cluster up` or minishift to test mobile.next on macOS. Having virtual machine with linux properly configured can solve this issue.

• find suitable vagrant box (probably centos)
• create Vagrantfile
• create ansible provisioning script to set up `oc cluster up`
