| This will include:
- installation of OpenShift 3.11 (locally, or as a prereq, install openshift 3.11 with pipelines, or upgrade from older version)
- Setup Mobile.next related things
- capture the steps needed to be done to have this stuff working
- propose changes for mobile core installer
- provision supported services
- test functionality of all services
- for MDC, perform e2e test of the mobile developer workflow
- create app, follow the steps in provided docs (snippets)
- make sure everything works
