Motivation:
mobile-docs repo has info that duplicates info in minishift-mobilecore-addon repo.
Phil updates info in minishift-mobilecore-addon, but it doesn't update docs.

Steps:
0. resolve any differences between mobile-docs and minishift-mobilecore-addon info
1. create docs directory in minishift-mobilecore-addon and populate it with adoc file describing using minishift
2. update readme to point to the adoc
3. Update mobile-docs to point to 'include' minishift-mobilecore-addon/docs//minishift_install.adoc

• "Include" will be semiautomatic until antora releases version with allow_uri_read
