Preffered solution:
1. use cicd to detect changes in /aerogear/xxx-sdk/docs/
2. use asciidoctor to convert adoc into html file
3. clone aerogear/origin-web-console
4. git add generated file
5. npm i
6. grunt build
7. push to aerogear/origin-web-console autogenerated branch
8. open pr against master

investigated travis - no easy mechanism to trigger this process only when there are changes in /docs
