Client ID to identify a client (an application (e.g. a Node.JS / EJB backend)). The logical construct of a Push Application (and/or it's Mobile Variants) is ONLY allowed to submit "push messages", when a registered client ID did send the HTTP POST request ("send xyz to HR-Mobile").
