We have some slightly more involved parameters that benefit from an external link to their relative documentation. At the moment we add full urls to the description, which isn't the best user experience.

One possibility (as suggested by @shawn-hurley) could be to pass in a snippet of markdown for the parameter description that would be rendered accordingly in the UI.
