We should have some guides on docs.aerogear.org that explain how to use UPS standalone. The new approach is to use the docker images (whihc is not covered by https://aerogear.org/getstarted/guides/#push). Write a short section (or bring it over from the UPS README) about that and add it to the push docs in the APB repo.
