Re-opening this investigation. Sizeable update to patternfly 4 (PF4) react docs indicates PF4 may be in a condition to implement in mobile-security-service. As previously mentioned most core components are implemented, but Table component had been problematic and at time would have required a good deal of investigation, exploration and trial and error to implement.
Created a small POC of the landing-page UI [here|https://github.com/damienomurchu/mobile-security-service/tree/pf4-table-poc] which indicates the previous issues with the Table component have been addressed, and PF4 may be quite useable for our use case (2 UI screens; app-grid overview screen, and app-details screen).
Also confirmed confirming that current PF3 header implementation landing-page UI screen can be implemented with PF4 components, and aforementioned POC includes a sample header, as well as the Table component needed for the apps grid.
As part of further investigation into patternfly, I spoke with John Roche who implemented the UI in the mobile-next poc who noted similar issues in using patternfly with react as observed initially in this investigation. That situation has changed would appear to have now changed, and upon initial investigation and the small POC linked, PF4 would appear to be a viable candidate for our UI.
Will continue to investigate other components we may require for UI, and if there will be any issues in rendering them in our UI.
