On Xamarin for Android on Windows users will need to use the newest Android Studio and possibly update a config file so that the Android emulator will use Hyper-V instead of HaxM. What this means is that since Docker on Windows uses Hyper-V you will be able to run the emulator at full speed instead of at snail speed.
