Work on app-metrics has been postponed after LA. So there are only two services that could be tested on oc-cluster-up - keycloak and ups. I was able to automate ups with ups-operator. I've tried to deploy keycloak with keycloak-operator, but that does not seem to work on oc-cluster-up - there are at least 2 issues:

• once keycloak CR is deployed it gets constantly updated, so operator can not process it
• keycloak operator depends on rhsso image stream, which is not available in oc-cluster-up (there could be workaround for this)

Because of this I don't think it makes sense to further progress this task. or Pavel Sturc wdyt?
