AeroGear / AEROGEAR-10220 Create Admin UI Wizard Pages: Send notification Change By: Summers Pittman This page should allow users to send a notification as part of the wizard.  The attachted screen shot is for when there are no clients registered to that variant.  We should also have a button become available to send the sample message if there are registered clients.   We should add a disabled send button with a tool tip that it is disabled because there are no registered clients.
