UPS has endpoints and support for Windows push (WNS). We don't support it and don't maintain it and it should be removed. This covers the following :

WINDOWS_WNS Variant Type
WindowsWNSVariant and WindowsVariant classes
WNSPushNotificationSender and its Provider method
WNSPushMessageQueue queues in jms and ejbs
WNS Tests
WindowsVariantEndpoint
Windows sender properties (tile, etc)
