The Unified Push Server has a HTTP interface which accepts "Push Notification Messages" to be delivered to various Push Networks.

In order to make things easier for developers, that want to submit "Push Notification Messages" from their backend app, we should add a convenience JAva library, that submits messages and internally does the HTTP related work

Ideally the java client is build on an async http lib:
