Description: For the SENDER API / HTTP Endpoints: We need a way to generate "access key" for a Push Application.

Once a Push-App has been registered on the server, an additional "Access Key" should be required in order to be able to send Push Messages to it's Mobile Variants and Mobile Variant Instances.

There can be multiple "access keys" for one Push Application, since different servers could be allowed to access one logical Push App construct .


Basically the "access key" is some additional level of security, on-top of the existing pushApplicationID:masterSecret.
