Same comment as the other epic

Gerard Ryan Wei Li I've been slowly tipping away at the SOPs tasks under this epic. Going to spend some more time today getting those in as there will need to be a new tag on the mdc operator repo to pull those in at some stage. There are two other tasks related to testing in this epic which are not currently in the sprint. I'm aiming to close this epic and related trello out by cob tomorrow (assuming we don't need to do the testing ones). Just letting you know the status as I had de-prioritised this work last week in order to focus on testing.
