Re: Spike: Set up OpenShift's centralised logging (EFK stack under the hood) and collect logs from data-sync-service I attempted to use the --logging flag provided by oc cluster up but it's currently broken in OpenShift 3.9. There is no workaround for it right now. The bug is being tracked here https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1558689.
