I managed to fix it, the tag 1.0.0 was not up to date.
Also had a problem using oc v3.10 so I installed v3.9.
Finally removed Ansible from HomeBrew and installed with Pip.

After all of these, installer worked. Try running oc cluster up to discard Docker/oc problems.
