As a developer I want to be able to create a representation of a mobile app (Native Android, Native iOS & Cordova) via the CLI so that I can integrate the mobile service SDKs and builds.
*Acceptance Criteria*
* CLI command commands to create a Native Android app , Native iOS and Cordova apps needs to exist and work.
* There needs to be comprehensive documentation within the CLI around usage
* There should be automated tests to validate this functionality
* Developer documentation around how to build, maintain and extend the CLI
