This is now available on master:
https://github.com/aerogear/aerogear-sync-server/tree/master/distribution
When mvn package is run the produces jar will be in the format:

target/aerogear-sync-server-version.jar

How do you want to use this. Do we need to stick the produced jar somewhere? This is actually not part of the build at the moment (is a manual task) but perhaps it should so you can access snapshots. Let me know what you need and we will sort it out.
