We want to allow developers to remove an enabled integration from within the IDE plugin

How

Once a integration is enabled, it should show a symbol next to it. If this is clicked it should ask the user do they want to remove the integration and then call out to the CLI to destroy the integration. It should provide feedback to the user via the notifications.
