WHAT: Replace all % from the graphs where it is using the containers for upside intgr8ly / down
WHERE: Application/Service Dashboards of the operators ( UPS and MSS ). PS. For MDC the Graph was not create yet.
WHY: The avg metric installation is not working since when we scale using the pod down no data is exported from the container/Kube pod running metric. Following an example.
