Reproduce steps:

Create an application on Openshift using the Aerogear Push cartridge.

Register a Push Application or a Variant using the Admin UI and give as name: 素晴らしいアプリケーション

Navigate to the Push Applications page or the Variants page. In both cases the name consists of question marks (???????) - attached screenshot. My browser's character encoding is Unicode (UTF-8)
