When using our SimplePush client on something that doesn't support navigator.push, the "onConnect" will get called once the internal simplepush notifier does it's thing.

On FireFoxOS( or something that does support navigator.push ), the SimplePush client will just return.

This makes it tough to reuse the same code on different platforms.
