I'm not going to bother changing the Deployments to DeploymentConfigs (or vice-versa), since we'll be moving away from the APBs soon anyway.

The changes in the linked pull requests just set the imagePullPolicy to Always for all cases, so that it's easier to upgrade to refreshed images.
