As a Developer, I want to see Keycloak specific info inside the Mobile Client

Acceptance Criteria

• Keycloak relam visible in the MAR View after a binding is created between MAR and Keycloak
• Deep links into the keycloak service for the realm and public client
• APB developer docs
• This should not impact the mobile client config
