As a Mobile Developer, working on an enterprise application I want to be able to configure a DMZ URL from the CLI, such that my Mobile Service is accessible from the outside world.
h2. Acceptance Criteria
- Be able to specify an external url per Mobile Client
- Hostnames of services in mobile config change to reflect the DMZ URL rather than the original service URL
