Authorization module does not add much value with Pipelines API deprecated in 2.0.

For the purpose of authorization, service-specific adapters can be used (such as Keycloak, Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) sufficiently.

Let's deprecate Auth API and remove it eventually.
