The cli command mobile create integration uses the service instances and the labels on the service instances. We should change this command to no longer need to reference the service instances

The two service instance ids are passed into this command, so as we now label the secrets and configmaps we can look for these based on the service instance id rather than looking at the service instance id and reading the label on it that we added
