So we shouyld have `Settings page` where user will have toggle to enable/disable push notifications.
Push notifications should notify users about new task (but do not carry away task payload) - app will fetch task itself when push is clicked.
While in app we will totally ignore push notifications because they will not be sent if users is subscribed to updates.
