Every module will integrate with error handling, not just IDM.

For instance, if you have KeyCloak securing Sync and a sync call fails because your account got deleted, sync will have to be alerted to that error and Core will negotiate with the keycloak module to fix it.
Likewise, if the sync call fails because of a collision, core will have to negotiate to fix the error.
