Add external redirect links for the sync service and sync sdk documentation
To be consumed by the sync apb and used in the OpenShift UI.
*Why*
Other services also follow this structure
If we need update the link on docs.aerogear.org for any page then we don't need to update the link the apb and services which are already deployed will also get to the correct link

Update links references in the sync apb here https://github.com/aerogearcatalog/data-sync-apb/blob/master/apb.yml#L12-L17 to point to the new external routes |
