Why

In order for the team to start implement the IDM SDK, we need a document to describe the high level design.

What

Create a high level design proposal for the IDM SDK.

How

Perhaps we can take a look at the flow first (can use the mobile security templates), and see if we can come up a design based on the flows that we want to support.
