Yes when we provision a service there should be a secret created and a configmap each of these items should have a label on it to identify it as mobile enabled and what service it belongs to. However the sync service isn't being actively worked on at the moment the keycloak service and metrics service are the main focus of the service teams. If sync is not creating these then I suggest we have the test check for these entities are not present (which they wont be) but once sync is updated it will become a valid test. There is also work in the backlog to create a lightweight test apb that would be used for these tests. If the test is generic enough or simple enough to change, once we have this simple lightweight apb, then should be relatively easy to update the test to use it.
