hrm.... I am not sure I agree. The doc states to update DB name and URL.

I like that the names are different, that avoids an accidental run against the DB. But on the other hand if one runs the migrator without a clue, it's hard to do any protection there.

For 1.0.3, I'd say: we keep as is, and we may update the example files, after the migration PR got merged to master
