AeroGear / AEROGEAR-10232 React Native Module Build and Hosting Change By: Summers Pittman This ticket covers creating the CI/CD pipeline that will build and publish to npm the react native module.  This pipeline will be responsible for compiling Java and iOS code and we will need to use a appropriate build solution.  Any timeline should include that complexity.
