We need simplified Hello World demos for several platforms, to show the easy usage of UnifiedPush Server.

The main goal is having no server-side code; just a few simple clients receiving push messages.

Also, there should not be a too fancy/complex UI, nor should it be integrated into a Cookbook or something that has dependencies.
