Acceptance criteria:
* All test cases should be moved from trello [1] to a new github repository
* Each markdown file should represent a single test case and they can be organized in subdirectories
* A script that converts the test case (md files) to jira issues should be created inside the same repository (like trira [2]) [moved to a separate task]
* A Jenkins job should trigger the convert script using Jira credentials securely stored in Jenkins [3]
