Are the objects marked for deletion / termination they may not be removed immediately? Might be worth checking after the delete (every 5 secs or so) to see are they still there or is it a case that changes need to be made to the APB to ensure it deletes the objects? If so keycloak may be a better test case as that is the APB with the most work done on it
