In a similar fashion to the UI, we want to show available integrations next to the available services.

How

If there is no service instance available for the integration show it greyed out with a tool tip suggesting they deploy that service
If there is a service instance available, show it has black with tool tip click to enable
If the integration (binding) is enabled show it as lit up blue (relies on work to label the binding with the consumers instance id)
