As part of the proposal https://github.com/aerogear/proposals/pull/13 we want to bottom out any technical issues to the approach.

Outcome

• This spike should use keycloak as the shared service
• should prove the concept of a shared service across 2 namespaces
• should create a public client in a configmap in each of the namespaces
• should create a bearer client in a secret in a given namespace (only when a binding is done in that namespace)
• should create a different realm and user per service instance
• should create a set of follow on issues to finish out the task
