Implement the add service button shown in the screen shot

When clicked this button should link through to the catalog (if possible it should link through to the mobile category).
When a new mobile service is added, it should show up under the mobile client.

How
Add a new button that links to the catalog (it should display in the project)
Change the view to look for "mobile:enabled" labeled service (only keycloak at the moment)
Display the service names and icons link through to the service instance (if possible)
